It could come in handy sometime, though. Since we can't text in trials, if we had another way to communicate that no one else could understand, maybe that could help us. We could talk out our theories or whatever without drawing suspicion or distracting the rest of the trial...

Depends on how obvious it is. Kon surprised me - that's what got your attention, right? But if we're expecting it, then it's easier to keep from reacting.
And if we're close we could just do the taps on our arms or something, so it isn't making noise.
