[shortly after the auction texts go up on Tuesday, Catra immediately beelines for Adora!! . . . and then enlists Adora in helping her find Otome!!]

[once they are all together in-- idk, the library-- or something, Catra speaks up, tail flicking]

I want to buy Viola's thing. The protection thing.

But I doubt I can afford it on my own.

[Before Catra even finishes, Adora's nodding.]

Yeah. I was thinking the same thing, honestly.

I'd like... to offer up everything I can to get that.

[momming]

Not just vouchers but other things as well, correct? Charitable plans, something creative... I don't mind lending a hand.

[and that is why Catra gathered up these two. they know how to be NICE PEOPLE while she is just. . . a gremlin. . .]

I have five vouchers. I'm willing to use them all.

I've got eight, so we can use those too... but I think it's a good idea to offer up more than that too.

It's Viola, so... she'll appreciate anything that helps people.

Anything that helps people... hm. Like baking something for them? Thinking of ways to cheer people up?

So what, we bid thirteen vouchers and. . . I don't know, a ton of cake for everyone??

Uhhh... the vouchers and a bunch of IOUs? Like, to do whatever people need help with for a certain number of times or something.

I can donate a few vouchers, too. But not a bad idea... of course, we'd have to clarify no unreasonable tasks...

. . . it's not a bad idea, but I think we'll need something more concrete than just a bunch of IOUs. I can see Viola picking a bid with vouchers and a firm promise over something nebulous.

What kind of things could we do...? Viola values... change for the better, and helping people, and stuff like that right? I'm trying to think of how we could do that here.

There's not much we could do to help with the trials that we aren't already doing...

[ hm. ]

Something to help with homesickness, if that might be a thing? Or maybe offering advice, free of charge?

Well...what if we each submit something? Something we genuinely think will help people, that we can each do.

So instead of a group thing, you mean three different things that we could do separately?

[ Hmmm. ]

Yeah. That's a good idea. So it's our vouchers, plus three separate favors completed by each of us. So we can each pick something we're good at and-- uh. Be "helpful" to someone else.

[BUT. . . WHAT IS CATRA GOOD AT???]

I guess I could-- you know. Offer to clean someone's room or something.
